The Great Black Beast of Cracklin’ Spike!
Hey guys, so they’ll either be a complete flood of work tonight, or I may go completely nuts: lots of deadlines and technical problems coming up, and unfortunately, Design Wednesday might be the thing that goes on the chopping block. In the meantime though, here’s something I’ve wanted to post for a while! The first page of my comic for the Our Fair City comic anthology, which is going into print this summer.
Fun fact: I told my writer that if he ever asked me to draw in a style pastiche again (his instructions were “like a Lynn Ward Woodcut”) I’d smack him. It was ultimately a pretty great experience, though!
